Crew from Richmond responded to an elderly female with her leg trapped in a bed frame. Crew used hydraulic cutting gear to free her. Female left in care of responsible person awaiting ambulance.

Crew from Stokesley responded to reports of a young child with their leg trapped in some playground equipment. On arrival staff on site had managed to free the child. Crew carried out a primary assessment and left in care of responsible person.

Crew from Scarborough responded to reports of a male who had fallen in his property. They assisted the male in to a chair and gave oxygen therapy until arrival of ambulance.

13:37 Sim Balk Lane, Bishopthorpe, York

Crews from Acomb and York responded to reports of a garden room on fire. On arrival crews extinguished using 1 hose reel jet. The fire was caused by a spread from a controlled burn nearby.

Crew from York assisted a female who was trapped in a broken down lift. Crew used lift keys to free her.

Crew from Stokesley responded to reprorts of a fire in some woodland. They located a fire measuring 5 x 5 metres and extinguished using 1 hose reel jet.

Crew from Knaresborough assisted with a young child who had become locked inside a car. They used small tools to gain entry.

During the day crews from Tadcaster, Northallerton and Malton all responded to automatic fire alarm activations. These resulted in false alarms.
